12 x2 @75% 1 rm max 60 seconds rest

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 25 minutes.

Handstand Push-ups, 4 reps
Behind the neck Pull-ups, 4 reps
Ring-Dips, max reps
Chin-ups, max reps

Rest 30 seconds between each exercise.

Your score is the total reps completed.

Back Lever Split 60's

Complete as many round of the following as possible in 15 minutes.

3 Hang Power Snatches, 1/2 body weight
Ring Dips, 3 reps

Add 3 reps to each exercise each round. When you can no longer complete both exercises unbroken, finish the round then reset the rep count to 3 and begin again. Your score is the total number of reps completed.

Skill: Handstand Balance

Team WoD:
In 25 minutes athlete's one and two execute at many Double-unders and Push-ups as possible while athlete three completes 250m rowing.
Athlete's one and two can only work while athlete three is rowing.

The teams score is the total number of Double unders and Push-ups completed in the 25 minutes.
