  1. Saturday Completed 3 rounds in 12minutes and 40seconds.

    My treadmill at home is really ancient. You have to insert the key change the speed the press the start button for a about 5 seconds.

    It was quite a workout and the time it took to get the treadmill going was welcomed break.
