Team Workout As Many Rounds as Possible in 19 Minutes A1: Air Bike 25 calories A2: Sit-ups A3: Sit-outs In 19 minutes athlete’s one and two execute at many Sit-ups and Sit-outs as possible while athlete three completes 25 cals on the Air Bike. Athlete’s one and two can only work while athlete three is rowing. The teams score is the total number of Sit-ups and Sit-outs completed in the 19 minutes.
