WOD: December 11, 2006

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:Run 400 metersMax rep Pull-ups Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

WOD: December 6, 2006

.25 mile Run 25 Pull-ups 50 Push-ups 75 Squats.25 mile Run Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it. Post time to comments.
