Deb’S STORY
Deb's program, created by our coaching staff, included exercises tailored to address her back and ankle issues and meet her goals. She also had the support of the entire staff of coaches every time she stepped onto the gym floor.
After four months of consistent training and quality eating (reducing processed foods and sugar) and Deb's results speak for themselves!

Melissa’S STORY
Melissa's biggest frustration with joining a gym in the past was elitism in other gyms and not feeling like she was getting helped enough or seeing the results she had been searching for. When asked how our program would improve her life, she answered honestly, "I'd be the happier, self confident person I used to be! I've found I have more anxiety, less confidence, and less all around happiness now that I've gained some weight back."
Her coach mapped out a plan and Melissa got to work.
Melissa joined us and saw such great results in 6-weeks she decided to stay and see what else she could achieve.
16 months later she's 60 pound lighter and a heck of a lot stronger!
Melissa was most proud of her 1 rep back squat of 225 pounds and how her upper body strength had improved.
Even better, she gained her confidence back in the gym, in school, and in life.

Corey'S STORY
Corey started training with CrossFit Mass remotely during the shutdown. His big goal was to get stronger to improve his performance as a firefighter and to compete in an Ironman Triathlon.
He then transitioned to an in-person client in July when gyms were allowed to have in person sessions again. In September, we did Corey's first in-depth assessment since his start. He showed good progress, and we were able to identify some structural imbalances. His coach adjusted his program to target those imbalances and how they aligned with his overall goals. Corey worked hard over the next 90 days and then retested at the beginning of December. And man, he blew his old numbers out of the water!
Back Squat +45 pounds; Bench press +60 pounds; Front Squat +35 pounds; Deadlift +100 <- !!!!; Power Clean +20 pounds; Strict press +20 pounds; Seated BTN press +55 pounds; Weighted Pull-up, +20 pounds
All total, he improved 465 pounds across the various lifts and tests we used to assess him.
