SQUAT: 95-125-155, all 8 reps
SNATCH: practiced on PVC, then blur PVC, then red.

WOD: 6 reps; 12 sit ups, 1 run, 4 A-Frames.

Did some light good mornings and light front squats. Back feels much better, can actually move.
