Oh a benchmark that I haven't done... No if only there was a pull up bar down here grr! Seriously a pull up bar why do more gyms not have them such a simple cheap piece of equipment!

Did a modifiers FGB instead (square, sit-ups, burpees, lunges, jump touch):

note: not sure if i was supposed to do this but i broke the sets up. for murph i did not break the sets up. if i did this workout wrong i will be 0 for 2 in regards to these type of workout!

i need to do this workout again. it angers me i did not do it correctly. i would like to know what my time would be if i did it correctly. will do this again shortly.
