Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

10 Pull-ups on rings with red bands
20 Push-ups on floor
30 Sit-ups on floor
no squats to let knees recover
